REINFORCING
DO YOU NEED STEEL FOR A HOUSE, BUILDING, OR ANY OTHER STRUCTURE?
GIVE US YOUR BENDING SCHEDULE
All reinforcement is bent according to the bending schedule from the engineer and most use the same shape codes. Shape codes are according to "Sans 282:2004". Click here for the list.
WE SEND YOU A QUOTE
We calculate the costs of the reinforcing needed and cut & bend it accordingly.
CUT & BEND
Once we have received your order we manufacture it with our four world-class automatic cutting & bending machines capable of producing 50 tons a day!!
Other than that we have seven manual benches that can produce around 25 tons a day making the total of 75 tons a day!
DELIVER or collect
Our three-step inspection policy ensures your order is correct and is carried out every time before it leaves the yard.
For collections, our two overhead cranes make loading a quick and easy process. Our crane trucks make deliveries on-site effortless.

CHARACTERISTICS
Concrete compatibility: Because of its rib design with its great abrasion resistance, it bonds perfectly with cement. That means greater resistance to any type of load.
Robustness: A high Yield strength to Ultimate tensile strength ratio increases the capacity of Reinforcing Steel to absorb energy. Because of its increased strength and ductility, it can withstand the wear and tear of building activities as well as earthquakes.
Bending capabilities: Once produced to a standard size, steel bars or coils can be bent to the standard specifications due to its fundamental microstructure, which comprises a soft ferrite and pearlite core.
Recyclable: Steel is a permanent material that may be recycled indefinitely with no loss of quality is the best material for environmentally friendly construction since it has the minimum environmental impact.
Easy to weld: Because of its low carbon concentration, it may be easily welded without pre-heating.
